Your First 30 Days with Symphony Core: What to Expect

Welcome to Symphony Core. Our promise is a complete marketing system, fully operational, within 30 days — and this article shows you exactly how those 30 days unfold. You'll see what happens at each stage, what we need from you, and what you can safely leave to us.


The Short Version

Most clients go from signup to a fully working system in 10 to 14 working days, with training and fine-tuning filling out the rest of the first month. The single biggest factor in how fast you go live is how quickly we receive the access and information on your onboarding checklist.


Week 1 — Kickoff and Access

What happens:

  • We schedule your kickoff call, where we confirm your goals, walk through the setup plan, and answer questions.
  • You work through the onboarding checklist: business verification (CP575), your logo, domain access, and Google account access.
  • You complete your onboarding intake form — the answers flow straight into your templates and automations.
  • We begin your platform setup: loading your industry template, applying your branding, and configuring your account.

What we need from you: the checklist items. Most clients complete them in under 30 minutes.

Week 2 — Connections and Registrations

What happens:

  • We submit your A2P registration, the carrier verification that allows your business to send text messages. Approval runs on the carriers' timeline, so we submit it early. Learn more in CP575 & A2P Text Registration.
  • We set up your integrations: calendar, email sending, and your business phone number.

What we need from you: access to your business email account (for calendar connection) and your Google Business Profile, if you haven't shared them yet.

Weeks 2–3 — Testing, Refinement, and Training

What happens:

  • We test every part of the system: forms, booking, automated follow-ups, and messaging.

What we need from you: time for the training session, and a first pass at using the system for real customer interactions.

Week 4 — Go-Live and First Check-In

What happens:

  • Your system goes fully live: leads are captured, follow-ups send themselves, and appointments book automatically.
  • We hold weekly 30-minute check-in calls through your first month to catch questions early.
