Your First Login: Setting Up Your Account

When your Symphony Core account is created, you receive an invitation email that lets you set a password and sign in for the first time. This guide walks through that first login end to end — finding the invitation, setting your password, and signing in at app.symphonycore.com — plus fixes for the most common things that block a first login. The whole process takes about five minutes.

Find Your Invitation Email

When we create your account, the platform sends an invitation email to your work email address. It welcomes you to Symphony Core and contains a button or link to set up your password.

If it is not in your inbox within a few minutes:

  • Search your mailbox for "Symphony Core" — the invitation sometimes lands under a promotions or updates tab.
  • Check your spam or junk folder. Automated invitations are a common false positive for spam filters.
  • Check your company's quarantine. Strict corporate mail filters often hold automated invitations rather than delivering them. If your company sends a quarantine digest email, look for the invitation there and release it, or ask your IT team to release messages from symphonycore.com.
  • Still nothing? Contact support and we will resend the invitation.

Set Your Password

Click the link in the invitation email. It opens a page where you choose your password. Pick a strong password you don't use anywhere else — a password manager is the easiest way to do this well.

Invitation links do not last forever. If yours has expired, or was already used once, you do not need a new invitation: go to app.symphonycore.com, click Forgot password, and enter the email address the invitation was sent to. You will receive a fresh link to set a new password.

Sign In at app.symphonycore.com

Your login page is always app.symphonycore.com — bookmark it. To sign in:

  • Email + password. Your username is the email address the invitation was sent to.
  • Sign in with Google. If your account email is a Google or Google Workspace address, you can click Sign in with Google instead of typing a password. Make sure you pick the same Google account as the email address your platform account was created with.

Forgot Your Password?

Click Forgot password on the login page and enter your account email address. A reset link arrives by email — the same spam and quarantine caveats from the invitation email apply, so check those folders if it doesn't show up.

Trouble Signing In?

Sometimes the login page rejects a correct password, or shows an error that sounds like a permissions problem (for example, a message about needing admin approval). This is almost always stale browser data rather than anything wrong with your account. Work through these in order:

  1. Try an incognito or private window. If signing in works there, leftover cookies were the problem — clear them (next step) so your normal window works too.
  2. Clear cookies for app.symphonycore.com — just for this site, not your whole browser. In most browsers: on the login page, click the padlock or site icon at the left of the address bar, open the cookies or site settings option, and remove the stored data. Then reload the page and sign in again.
  3. Try another browser (or another device). If sign-in works elsewhere, the original browser needs its cache and cookies cleared.

Still Stuck?

Contact support and include:

  • the email address you are trying to sign in with,
  • what the error says (a screenshot is ideal), and
  • which browser you used and what you already tried.

We can resend invitations, reset passwords, and confirm which email address your account is under.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can other people on my team get their own login? Yes — and they should. Each team member gets their own login rather than sharing one, so calendars, notifications, and activity stay tied to the right person. Contact support with the person's name and work email and we will send them an invitation.

Can I change the email address on my account? Yes. Contact support from your current address and tell us the new one.

Once you are in, the first thing to set up is your calendar, so booking pages can offer your real availability — read Connect Your Calendar for Online Booking.
